We have had a busy couple of months this year and we have big things prepared for the near future. We have started Tactical Combat Training, created a new bomb to disarm, built a breaching door to improve game play and much, much more.

The Tactical Combat Training is slowly gaining momentum. I apologise for not being there for the last 2 training sessions, but I am currently doing my reserve days with the commandos. Even I have to maintain my skills! For those that love the tactical aspect of paintball and are sick of going through hundreds of paintballs every game, this is for you! Tactical Combat Training will teach you how to assault and clear through an urban environment. We teach you how to fight between buildings, positively identify and instinctively engage multiple threats, and how to clear rooms. You won’t be an expert after one lesson, as this kind of training does take time. I’ve been doing this for the last 16 years, both domestically and overseas and I am still learning!

My one bit of advice for those that love the tactical paintball...learn to shoot with both hands. You need to change hands to best suit the situation. If you’re approaching a room from the left, you should have the WPN in your right hand. If you approach a room from the right your WPN should be in your left hand. This will give you the best chance to engage a threat before he can engage you.

We are excited to announce that we have made the first paintball breaching door. The prototype is made and we will be putting it on the field during the next field change. The breaching door will allow players to breach a door using a sledge hammer. Depending on the players this will be used during normal game play. Now when you have to recover a hostage from a building, you will have to manually breach the door to make entry.

Can’t wait to do that under fire…..
