At Spec Ops, located just minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, your team can get out of the office and onto the paintball field for a fun-filled day of collaboration, cooperation and connection between colleagues!

Led by Francis Wanrooy, a former Special Forces Commando and trainer, Spec Ops games will give your team the chance to blow off some steam, communicate differently, have a few laughs and get to know each other outside of work. They might even pick up a few handy skills along the way…

The skills they’ll build

While your office may not be as chaotic as a combat environment (we hope), there are definitely some parallels between the skills people need to survive in either setting! Paintball gives participants the chance to build up a variety of these skills, including:

  • Remaining calm under pressure
  • Thinking strategically 
  • Prioritising tasks 
  • Balancing competing objectives
  • Making confident, rational decisions 
  • Working as a cohesive team to achieve goals
  • Supporting other people to operate effectively
  • Resolving conflict via paintball. Hammering the boss with paintballs. Hammering each other with paintballs. Getting covered in paint or covered in glory, depending on the extent of all the skills previously listed.

Details

    • Want a private session? No problem, you’ll just need a minimum of 35 confirmed players for a weekday session and 44 confirmed players for a weekend session
    • We have no maximum number of players. The more the merrier! If you’re enquiring for a large group, give us a call and we’ll help you find a session that suits
    • After-hours sessions are available on weekdays
    • Bookings are subject to availability
